Join Our Team – Delphi Software Developers Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Delphi Windows application development, SQL Server, and a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). You’ll work on both new AI backed development and maintenance of existing systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Technical Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Delphi (Delphi 10 or higher – Object-Oriented Pascal).

Strong expertise in SQL Server 2012 or higher, including writing and optimizing T-SQL and stored procedures.

Experience with Delphi package development and application deployment.

Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Sound understanding of logical and physical RDBMS data modeling.

Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, TFS) and ALM tools.

Familiarity with software versioning and release management best practices.

Ability to complete all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

General Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in high-pressure environments.

Comfortable working independently and within team-oriented, collaborative environments.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution is preferred.
